I think you read that wrong. The bricks were there for work, the hotel had them moved because fear of them being used.

He’s not a construction worker. I was standing there when his profile pic next to his post was taken. He did some work at the hotel and he was told about the check-ins by the staff at the hotel. He personally observed the bricks stashed. They weren’t delivered by a construction company.
He’s a stand up guy and I’ve known him for a long time. I believe what he wrote.
