So they can do any amount of crime they want, then get arrested, then the DA has them bailed out and the never ending cycle continues. Same shite, different toilet.

You’re looking at this as if the people doing this thing have a plan. They don’t make plans. That requires forethought and understanding of cause and effect. They just have a bad case of gimme dats and the attention span of goldfish.
