I’ve got lunch in midcity at 11. My friends in the quarter are going to give me the signals if I should head down:

Word is nopd and lsp are going soft bc of the weather. I don’t blame them.

Laissez les bons temps rouler.

I get to work from home tomorrow with no internet... I could just use a hotspot but it’s dreadfully slow that way might just cook some steaks and drink a few

Hopefully Popeyes. Every Mardi Gras day for the last 20 or so years so it’s kind of a tradition

A friend went to Superior this weekend and said they had the whole bar area shutdown and the only way you could get a drink was to be dining at a table
Thanks Latoya

Donuts, gumbo, roast beef poboys, and throwing to whoever passes by. Probably a walk down Mag or Napoleon to see if anything is happening.

Friend,

Do you know of any churches that will be open tomorrow? Saint Louis Cathedral is closed. Nothing better than church on this holy day.

Yours,
