All they have is rules and LSUPD enforces laws.
Woodward and LSU prez were on the news this week saying they won't be harassing people who come to campus and have folding chairs and beers. But no 'real' tailgates are allowed.
Take it for what it's worth but sounds like you and some friends will be fine if you just chill with a cooler and chairs.
