The amount of money that we spend on judges and law enforcement doesn’t amount to a piece of dirt on a mosquito pecker.

Louisiana spends more on insulin for the fats then we do on Advanced Placement Education for high achievers. Way more. Big Pharma is the courthouse.

Spejcher said: ‘I wish I had known more about the dangers of marijuana. Had I known. I would never have smoked it that night or at all.’

She promised to dedicate her life to sharing information on marijuana and it’s harms.

Seems like there is an agenda behind this. As more and more states are slowly legalizing it or have it on the ballot in 24'.

"Pretty girl kills her boyfriend while high...maybe we were wrong in legalizing it."

Big money is behind this court decision.

We’ve gone off the deep end.

Sorry officer, I didn’t mean to steal that car. I got high.

Somehow the court determined she had smoked pot against her will? It says that under California Law a person is responsible for their actions when impaired unless their impairment was involuntary.

EDIT

"Spejcher’s lawyers said during the trial that she was “involuntarily intoxicated,” and claimed O’Melia had pressured and intimidated her into taking the last bong hit. Under California criminal law, people are responsible for their actions when impaired by alcohol or drugs unless their intoxication was involuntary.

The jurors rejected the defense’s argument. They deliberated for less than four hours before finding her guilty of involuntary manslaughter on Dec. 1."

The epitome of white and female privilege. She was weilding a knife when the police arrived. If she had been a young black or brown man she'd probably never been tried anywhere but then and there.
