1. Ascension- 3.66%
2. Livingston- 3.27%
St. Tammany
Tangipahoa
St. Bernard
West Baton Rouge
Orleans
Lafourche
Jefferson

Nine fastest growing parishes in southeast LA - out of what, 10? How many can there be in southeast LA?

ETA: Jefferson Parish coming in at 9th fastest growing with a whopping .38% growth. I assume these are the ONLY 9 growing parishes in SE LA.
