Nike has lost 8% of its value in the past 90 days (Labor Day)

The entire stock market is probably down aboit that much or more in the past 90 days.
Gone from a high in early October of 27,000 to around 25,000 now.

And I suppose you’re too ignorant to see how the overall market is doing during that same time frame.

I’ll give you a hint...it’s down significantly over that same timeframe.

You people really are fricking stupid sometimes

Well if you compare it to the S&P and DOW, that big boom it supposedly got from the Kaepernick deal has all but disintegrated and it's basically tracking the major indexes now.

Anyone who thought the stock went up because of the Kap ad, even though the market also went up, is just as stupid as someone saying the current decrease is anything other than an overall decline in the market.

One Kaepernick ad is a drop in the ocean compared to market forces.

I agree. But they did get a noticeable surge when this thread was originally created. But as with most things retail, smart people knew it would revert back to the mean eventually.

But what about all of the stores that were boycotting and refusing to carry Nike apparel? And what about all of the consumers refusing to buy Nike now? I can’t believe Nike is succeeding in spite of this!!!

yet Under Amour, their main competitor, is up 15% over the same period, not everything is a simple as you.

fricking this. It's funny though, liberals would jump on the opportunity to buy sweat shop products from a large corporation that is the beneficiary of Trump's tax cuts, all because of a half black kneeling QB.

Just shows how toxic the two party system really is. It's not about convictions, it's about "winning". This country is fricked.

Didn’t a black kid just get killed by a cop in Hoover over the release of a new Nike shoe?

Lil Glock sacrificed everything. Wonder what Nike did for his family?

Honestly, I just feel bad for anyone who bases their purchasing decisions on a political opinion...
Must be a seriously sad existence.

Do you know why they had a better than expected earnings report?

Because cumsomers are buying Under Armour and not Nike
I really hope you are an English Lit major because you have no future in business.

Ok.

Has Nike and Kap solved all that oppression yet? There’s like fricking oppression everywhere, I heard.
