Will be in Shreveport for a couple of nights this week with the wife. Can anyone give me a good place to go out for middle age couples?

TIA

You can enjoy a nice evening at Golden Corral.

Casinos. Strip clubs. Mud Bugs hockey games. That's about it.

Noble Savage is downtown and all ages usually.
Vintage wine bar is nicer and older typically.

I just so happened to run into this when i was there last week. Really cool place and good beer.

Noble Savages is a cool spot.

I see tons of middle aged people at the New Kroger on Ellerbe, and at Cush's.

Then they are at the Silver Star Grille around 6:30pm.

There's a bar downtown called Chicago. Decor is nice, decent drinks, and there's hookah if that's your thing.

First time I went there was a blues band playing and it was nice and chill. However, I went back another time it was more of a "club" atmosphere and that's not really my scene. Guess it all just depends on the night.

Also, Franks has great pizza and good beer selection.

Noble Savages looks like our kind of place.

Does the Great Raft place have food?

No it depends on which floor you're on.

They still do, head waiter or whatever took over when owner was arrested for murder, yep. Food is still just as good though, same head chef.

Great Raft had a food truck outside when I was there.

Oddly enough they had a bunch of women doing Yoga in the warehouse which made things interesting.

The Cub for a great steak. Oyster bar has great margaritas and a nice patio to hang out at. Vintage, Chianti's or the bar at Superior steak house are also good places to hang out. Frank's seafood our on Ellerbe is also a good place for happy hour and dinner.

Noble savage is a good recommendation. Great raft has food trucks sometimes but also closes a little early.
