Tiny your windows with double blackout. That's what I did. It's not trashy looking like tin foil and it helps keep your house cooler in summer

This is another problem I have. I typically sleep with my shirt over my eyes nowadays. I tried one of those little blackout masks they give you in the hospital but I didn't like the elastic string going around my head.

I double the pillow over.

Blackout shades work well, I have the pleated paper type. Most big box stores sell them and they're pretty cheap.

The year Lili passed (2001?) I thought we'd never get done. I'd have to look to be sure but we went at least 120 days. Conditions sucked too, plant ran like absolute dog shite.
