Pour and Rock N Sake are open so he can stay at carriage house and walk across the square. Not sure if OP is up to RR standards though, they may turn him around

The Ritz Carlton by Northgate Mall is nice as well. Easy Interstate access

I know the worst.

We had a parent book us there for a Soccer tournament.

TripAdviser

First room they gave us was an outdoor room with a broken lock. 2nd had LARGE blood stains on the sheets.

they must have closed that place down and done a major renovation because I stayed there about 5 years ago and it was a shithole

My AC went out a couple of summers ago and I got a room at the Doubletree one night. It was fine.

Did they renovate carriage house recently? I had family report it was a little run down. Personally I’ll take new and clean over 4/5 stars. Especially for a short stay. There are several new 3 star hotels in the RR area.

They must have done some renovations since the last time I stayed there....it was definitely a Hilton but they weren't calling it a Doubletree at that time...this was in 2014

I think they did do some renovations when it changed to Doubletree.

It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it’s definitely not a shithole.

I fricked a chick in the Hilton Laffy pool and then got subpoenaed and had to go to court somewhere out in the boonies. Thank God my attorney got me out of having to make a statement at the last minute - I didn’t even know her and almost wound up in her divorce hearings
