Pretty easy, geometry.
The southern cross is the constellation located in the celestial south pole.
The constellation can be seen at any point (obviously during night) on the planet at any time by looking directly south. People in Perth can look south and see the southern cross at the exact same time as people in Sydney.
On a flat earth they would either not be looking south or would be looking at different constellations.

He can literally go to the equator right now. Go 1 mile to the North and see the North Star, and then go below the equator and not see it. Anywhere in the world along the equator.

If you look up in the northern hemisphere, the stars rotate counter-clockwise about a point. If you look up in the southern hemisphere, the stars rotate clockwise about a different point. And if you look up near the equator, the stars rise in the east and fall in the west. That is absolutely impossible if the earth was flat.

NASA's, "We can't leave Low Earth Orbit" is an uncomfortable statement for too many reasons. Admit it.
Considering the budget for NASA has dropped from 4% to less than 1% of taxpayer dollars, since we last traveled to the moon, you're right. We don't have the MONEY to develop a new ship that would allow us to land on the moon. Their current budget is $21 billion. The cost, with inflation, to go to the moon in the 60's was approx $150 billion. The answer is simple, tax dollars. But sure, take it out of context and put a narrative on it.

Take a lunar eclipse for example: Earth passes between the sun and the moon, casting it's shadow on the moon in the process. That shadow is in the shape of a circle no matter when/where you stand and view it. THE ONLY WAY TO CAST A CIRCULAR SHADOW IS IF THE THING CASTING THE SHADOW HAS A CIRCULAR SHAPE. That's just basic geometry.
