Gives DMV a good reason to flag your car.
The problem with it is that you see a certain segment of the population that do not even register their vehicles because then they'd have to get insurance.
You see them driving around with "temp" tags indefinitely.
That, or the car is stolen....

Having to "register" a vehicle every 3 years that I've already registered is dumb as hell.
