locally they found baskets of mail down by the river(no, farley wasn't there). Bro would dump it, and then go hang out all day.

They also caught 4 people dumping info from National records place for vets. These shite heads were getting paid good cash to sort through stuff, and instead just threw the shite in the woods. Veterans SS, birth certificates copies, etc all just dumped for anyone to find and steal.

Mail delivery is so antiquated and inefficient. As a tech guy - the system screams 19th century and needs to be brought kicking and screaming into the 21st.
