Larry Warner. I think the practice is called Collaborative Minds. He has moved around a but the current location is off Bluebonnet between Perkins and Highland.
ETA: If the wait for Dr. Warner is long, the other guy that practices there is good. Not a doctor but he can prescribe medicine. His name is Omar I think. Hope this helps
