Only the privileged in NY get to have guns. And because home team is one of the privileged, he’s gonna get a slap on the wrist (i.e., no jail time)….

You can hear him scream after the final shot. His phone was dead and had to drive himself to a gas station to charge it to call 911

Holdridge says they’re fielding calls from the community for Reilly to be fired but their hands are tied. “He’s an elected official so that means we have no power over him to resign,” says Holdridge.
The victim’s family tells News 12 his cellphone went dead during the ordeal and that he didn’t know where he was and couldn’t immediately call for help. They say he stopped at a gas station in Chester to charge his phone enough to tell them he was shot and then drove home seriously injured and bleeding. The dasher was eventually transported to the hospital by ambulance. His family says he remains hospitalized.
Reilly is a federally licensed arms dealer.

Before hitting play I was thinking the guy in still image was the victim walking away from the door.
Walked down sidewalk and into his yard to start firing at a departing vehicle. That is ridiculous and stupid. The stupidity pales in comparison to keeping the video. Did he think that video proved self-defense or just not know how to “accidentally” delete it?

Ring might do automatic uploads to the cloud but not sure. This guy isn’t the brightest either way

No fricken way he gets off without a long prison sentence. He filmed himself shooting a man in the back from probably 60 yards while the guy was driving away. I doubt anywhere in the world would consider that self defense, never mind in NY state.
The warning shot would probably get him time in prison.
The fact it was indeed a delivery driver is just the icing on the cake.
