Wouldn't it, in fact, affect everyone making between minimum wage and 30/hr. Seems like it would be way more than just the million on min wage. The guy making 19/hr, the entry level girl making 24/hr.

It should be $100. Why not $100/hr? I mean, who can live off $30/hr in NYC.
