We have a family where the kids are white but wear the chains, sagging pants and listen to very loud rap music in a Honda Accord with deeply tinted windows. They have been fined once by the HOA for noise violations and we think we got our message across.

Despicable
The saddest thing I had to do one year was put the zip ties On a city councilman who wouldn't cooperate when we confronted them (actually the sherifs deputy zip tied him. I just handed him the ties) . Over shooting the illegal Fireworks on their property. His wife and kids were all there to witness it. All he had to do was cooperate.
