So 2 things to note here:
1. These dumb decimal systems phases and chart was out before the saints/LSU negotiations.
2. Phase 3.2, scheduled to begin as early as Friday, has no effect on Saints home games, as there is no difference between 3.1 and 3.2 for indoor events.
