Are you kidding? Do you plan to shut off peoples water if they are late on their $20 water bill? Ask Detroit how the World Health Organization feels about that

Will cities have competing water companies to keep from local monopolies? What will keep rates from being jacked up eternally?

Who will regulate this industry? I assume since utilities are evil so are USEPA, state DEQs and state Health Depts. Let me guess...corporate responsibility and ethics??

Entergy has been my biggest customer for the past 8 years
they spend a ton of money updating and expanding their facilities...thankfully for me

Wtf? If you don't pay your bill where I live they shut it off.. are you saying you get free water in New Orleans?

Also, way to address the other points. Not. The free market doesn't work for utilities
