I was a GS-1811 in my prior life. Chances are good I can out detective him.


BTW, I have worked more than one of these where a guy playing with his gun shoots himself accidentally and blamed some phantom assailant. Not saying that happened here but it is the type of thing an investigator considers.

It's certainly not an area of town you'd expect to see someone driving around taking potshots at a cop working a detail at a summer deb party.
