Yup, Orleans incompetence and Jefferson's problem with the spill over.

The best thing about living in New Orleans is that if you stay off the interstate, your odds of dying in a drunk driving accident while in a car have to be extremely low.
Almost impossible to get up to a dangerous speed unless you have a death wish

Woodrow Stewart, 72, was booked with DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle, vehicular negligent injuring and driving without a seat belt,
Wonder how many of those stick.

Traffic investigator Anthony Canatella noticed Stewart's breath smelled of alcohol. Stewart performed poorly on a field sobriety test, and a Breathalyzer determined his blood alcohol content to be 0.115 percent, over the 0.08 percent legal limit.
Canatella took Stewart into custody and booked him at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna.
anyone know this canatella guy? there was an anthony canatella that died few years ago, is this a son?

Pretty sure New Orleans in a nutshell would involve someone dying at the hands of a dindu near a statue...
but this would be a close 2nd.
