The building was built in 1929 as four one-bedroom apartments but was most recently a bar. Anderson plans to put residential apartments on the second floor of the property and a mix of commercial and residential space on the ground floor. He estimates the renovations will cost $300,000 and will be completed by the end of summer next year.
All that just to still have a member of Three Blind Mice waiting around the building to stab you up.

Woo! Ichabod’s was my favorite bar in 2001. Now’s my chance to live there.
Dnb jungle monthly on Wednesdays. God that place was a mess

I think City Slice, Fake Murphy's, and Chimes are the only bars in the North Gates area now. (Plus The Revelry for private events, I guess.) There are more smoke shops and nail places than bars.

Mark Emmert had a glorious Master Plan circa 2001 when Saban was hired. North Campus was going to be done right.

The apartment above the bar was always pretty cool.
