New F-150 wont start

Unlocked the truck and got in. But now it won't start. Dash is lit up and the control panel below the screen is blinking on and off. The key won't work anymore and when I get out I cant lock the truck. App is saying the battery is not dead.
Truck is not even a month old wtf

not your spare key is it?

possible the chip in the spare is programmed wrong

Possible answer here. If you have another key, try it.

Otherwise, call the dealer and tell them to come pick up the truck and bring you a new one.

Foot on brake. Make sure it's all the way in park. Don't fill it with diesel.

Its a ford. There's a reason there's so many low mileage used fords available. They never run.
