Only issue I see is using a picture when someone has heavy makeup on and then gets pulled over without it. Wouldn't look like the picture on the license.

Can you not already do this if your state has a kiosk for drivers licenses? I got mine renewed at a kiosk in Germantown, TN when I turned 35 which required a new picture, and I'm pretty sure I remember the machine asking me if the picture took correctly and giving me the option to retake it

I don't think we have those but I could be wrong. Sure would make things easier.

They are incredible. I took an afternoon off of work thinking it would take a couple of hours to get a new license. When I got there and was able to use the kiosk, it took maybe 5 minutes and I had the rest of the afternoon off

Since you can redo your license from your home, why not simply let you provide your own pic. Most everyone has plenty of pictures of themselves on their computers.
