irrelevant if alcohol or alleged drugs are used without her knowing. which means that you may be left with proof that you did have sex while she claims she was incapacitated and had no clue what was going on

OR

she removed consent during the act but didn't make it verbal. since she removed consent and he continued, it's rape

when there is a will to create a false rape allegation, they will find a way, brah. the system is slanted, damn near broken

Consent can be revoked AT ANY TIME.

Unless you plan on videotaping the entire act of sex to its conpletion, with audio and constant reaffirmation of consent, I don't see the point.
