I always wondered what a person could do if he owned a small , successful business that the mob wanted to take over. Say you owned a few pizza places and the mob came in and said they wanted a piece of the action. I assume you are pretty well done for unless you want to live in fear for your family's well being for a long time. Actually, either way you are screwed.

You get a cute puppy and a muscle car. Then you kill the mobsters in a drug deal gone bad and steal a few duffel bags of cash. Take the money and go hide out the rest of your days in Argentina.

depends where you are talking about? outside of NY or chicago there are options because the mob isn't strong enough anywhere else to really retaliate if you turn them in or take out a bunch of them.

personally if I didn't have a family I am going down swinging, if I did I would prolly just give in if I didn't feel I had another choice.
