Anybody else have neighbors like this? I had some when I bought the place. Dog barked constantly and was never let inside. Well they sold the house and frick me...new neighbor goes out and buys a puppy who screams bloody murder all night. Both dogs are/were tethered to a chain bc the fence doesn't go all the way to the ground. Bullet or d-con? Thoughts?

No need to hate the dog, try having an adult conversation with your neighbor about it.

My neighbor lets her yappy little dogs out to take a piss every morning at 6am. They wake me up with their barks when they are ready to go in.

You should move out of the trashy neighborhood you live in.

I just don't understand getting a dog and keeping it outside on a chain attached to a stake in the ground.

Get a goat instead then at least you can keep the grass cut, or an alligator, or a Yeti.

Deflate the tires on his home. That'll show 'em!

FYI, mobile homes are jacked up and put on blocks with skirts put around them. Work on your material and try again

Go and talk to them about an electric fence. They even have wireless models so their lazy asses won't have to do any work. The dog will be much happier and it's a safe solution.

Call the cops and let them handle it their way.

Why am I not surprised that you are well versed in mobile home configuration?

So this comes from direct experience of you living below the said line, old man?

You wouldn't be talking to him like this if you knew how rough his hands look
