You only have two options
1. build a homemade EMP
2. Ask your neighbor to not be a dick

I think I know what's going on here. Your neighbor didn't invite you to his Christmas party.

Anyone else have neighbors that leave there lights on 24-7?
The neighbors behind me have those bright blue bulbs everywhere. We have black out curtains and it still lights up our bedroom.

Clark Griswald lives down the street and leaves his shite on all night. I'm sure his neighbors appreciate it.

You should start an HOA and then set this as your first priority: "Flagrant unlawful celebration".

The narrative of your display is slightly muddled. “Santa’s Varied Modes of Transport” maybe? Props given for occupying every single available square foot of front yard though.

bullshite! I have regular curtains in all my windows and I can barely tell when my own lights, that are <2ft away from my window are on.

Stop being a bitch!
