OP needs to go talk to neighbor. Mention you saw he has a weapon. Tell him you think that's great, that you want to insure as many armed people are in the neighborhood as possible. Ask him if he visits InfoWars a lot and what he thinks about trying to establish a secure perimeter around the neighborhood with nightly patrols. Tell him you need a secure place to talk so you can give him all the intell on the neighborhood and describe the periodic appearance of black helicopters and that one of the houses had a lot of antennas up.
