Ain't shite he can do unless he can prove they have barked for fifteen minutes straight. If they take a 2 second break then he'll have to start over. Basically he's shite out of luck and will just be a pain in your arse because the police won't do a thing about it in Georgia.

1) Buy Shock Collars
2) whenever they bark at golfers, shock their asses
3)...
4) Profit?

If you own dogs, it's your job to make sure they aren't nuisances to your neighbors. Period. Dogs that bark a lot are nuicances.

If you can't control your dogs, then you are the problem. Amazing how some dog owners have no consideration for other people. Saw a lady with a dog at a restaurant with a service dog harness and the dog was freaking out with all the people. It's not the dog, it's the owners who are the morons.

You can have what you want, but keep it in check. I pay good money for my house and will be damned if your dogs disturb me. Zero excuses to me. You want a bunch of dogs move to the country.

Yeah there is, and it involves antifreeze.

Which sucks because it's the shitty owners fault not the dogs. But people do crazy shite when their slice of heaven gets buttfricked by barking arse dogs.

So you live on a golf course and allow your dogs to bark at golfers as they pass by? Do you not see the problem with that?

"My dogs are never out past 8pm and the only time they bark is when a golfer walks by"

Wait a minute. You live on a golf course and have your dogs out throughout the day when golf is being played. They only bark when a golfer walks by. That means they bark all god damned day moron!

"and if they go nuts I bring them in. I've lived out here 5 years and this is the first thing I have hear"

Yet you know they bark at golfers as evidenced by the previous quoted sentence.

You deserved to have the old man dress your dumb arse down. You sound like a sociopath.

Next time you need to usher your babies inside and call your local watch captain. We are trained to handle these things.

I live on twenty acres in the WNC mountains. My neighbors are far away and I can't see or hear them from my house. In fact, I had never even met them until he drove up my long driveway one morning two weeks ago. He claimed my dog, a black lab, had been crossing my property(at least 15 acres from the door I let him out of) and then crossing his property, another 5 or so acres, and was barking incessantly at his French bulldogs and scaring his granddaughters. I told him that seems highly unlikely as I have never seen him stray further than the edge of my FENCED property. He then changes his story and says that actually, he acts very aggressively towards his dogs from MY side of the fence and had to fire his rifle to get my dog to run off. I of course told him to GTF off my property and if he drove up here unannounced and uninvited again, I would view it as a threat to my family and property and would respond accordingly. I set up game cameras along the only open fence line bordering his property to see if what he claimed was actually happening. I caught him climbing my fence, sometimes with his rifle, intentionally agitating my dog. Hillbillies are fricking crazy. I of course showed the video and reported it to the police. They charged him with trespassing and are investigating for poaching. Our court date is in August.

TL;DR

Verify that your dogs are actually acting aggressively and that this guy isn't instigating before you proceed. Based on his behavior, sounds like he might be.

barking dog owners are the worst. I'm biased against you. I will just say he didn't handle that properly, but it's amazing how people move into neighborhoods with a bunch of dogs.

Yep...I had this same problem and the neighbors get all put out if you say anything to them about their dogs. If you can't control their barking, keep them inside!

i agree with the old man. Do something about your barking dog. No one wants to hear that all night. How a dog owner be so stupid and oblivious towards constant barking is beyond me.
