Lots of them will gladly do whatever they have to do to make the sale.

It can't be stressed enough: do not put up with that bullshite. Read, be smart, take your time. You're the customer, you have the money, you have the power, you call the shots. Good companies/individuals will work with you and help and as a result the process will be much faster and mostly painless. Bad ones won't cut it and you'll know quickly if you need to look elsewhere.

Again, do not put up with shitty customer service or shitty people. Ride their asses and make them do right.

Agreed. There are plenty of good agents out there, you just need to find them. Too many people are stuck using family friends or relatives.

Brandy Salbador is really good and will work to find you the house you want. Constant communication and emails with potential houses. I highly recommend her.

People aren't demanding enough of realtors. The reason there are shitty ones in business is because they make money doing nothing. Do you want what is probably one of the bigger purchases you'll make in your life riding on some lazy shitbag?

Be demanding and get your money's worth. Good realtors thrive with demanding customers and bad ones flop quickly.

Yes, let her sell your house - tell her Yall have decided for some reason not to buy right now. Don't get into a pissing match with her. Just let her forget about you. If she wishes, she can cause a stink with other realtors. They aren't going to waste time showing you houses if they think she is going to pop up and say she initially showed you the house. I have a realtor friend that got mixed up with new clients and their old realtor - it was messy.
Doesn't sound like you have a top notch realtor and she may not care about ruing her rep w other realtors.

I walked in the the realators /builders office the day after the house was to be completed and told them I was ready to move in. House was ready so I got my deposit back case closed. There were added amentities that the build ate.

In Texas you can fire her on the buyers rep agreement. take it to her broker, not her as an agent.

If you have until Aug 1 to move, you have plenty of time to find a house and get the loan closed. Go get a new agent and find another house.
