Dumb question maybe, but why would a safe that big need to be secured to the ground? Unless you are opening a bank.
Because someone will just put it on a pallet jack or moving cart and wheel it away. Same way they got there.

I don’t want anyone rolling my safe out the door.

What would they do with it if they did?

I have a Browning Select series, and I'm satisfied with it.
If I had it to do over again, I'd look at Liberty safes.
Whatever you get, it's relatively easy to upgrade the interior. I bought some 3/4" plywood, felt, and upholstery adhesive and made shelving for mine that's better than the manufacturer's.

Look here. They have the best selection of quality ones I've seen on the net. Pick one that's at least TL-30 and 1hr fire rated (2hrs if you have a big house).
IMHO, Amsec and the ones with International on the front are the best ones I've seen.
Eta: For a big burglar and fire-rated safe like that, you're gonna be spending as much as a used small car

break into it, it is not as hard as you might imagine, if they can tilt it over they can get into it in minutes, look up some youtube videos, now of course if you are sending $10k or better it would be a lot more difficult, but still recommended to bolt to floor and side wall

If it's that easy to break into then why steal the whole safe? Why not just break into it where it is?

What causes mold?
because if it is waterproof it will be airtight, humidity gets trapped in and it will mold

If you are not trying to save the safe, you can drill into them and cut them open

its loud and does take time, but not that hard or needing special skills

How does bolting the safe to the floor prevent that from happening?

Budget is $3,000-$4,000. I found one on that site I really like. Not sure what the shipping cost will be. Gonna give them a call in a bit

Unless they're upstairs or built into the house, perps can always get them out if they're not bolted down. They tip them over and use prybars after they steal them. You are also supposed to mount them to where a prybar can't get leverage on it (properly against a wall).
Every safe can be opened. The UL-rated ones take a certain amount of time to be opened in place, where the non-rated ones can be opened in a couple of minutes

it doesnt itself. Most people arent going to stick around on a theft to do that though. But if you bolt it, they cant take it away and work on it in a secure location

The one I’m looking at has a bottom and side anchor bolt
