Maybe it helped get lower faster. Maybe it was the out of state types at the protest marches all along that caused the upsurge. The daily case rate had been much lower in Livingston Parish than Calcasieu in June and July. It's population is 2/3 of Calcasieu, and many commuters Baton Rouge.

I also posted back in April that either many more have had the virus than is being detected (like 50% of the population) or at least 30% of the population is immune without ever having had the virus.

Yeah he was extremely accurate on that election and almost every one since. The only wrong one I have seen is his bernie winning the nomination in 2020 and if it wasn't for all of the other viable candidates "randomly" dropping out the day before super Tuesday it would have happened.
