We're not looking for aliens by putting men into space. We're doing it with a variety of telescopes. NASA really needs to focus on rockets and putting men into space. And it would be far better if they weren't a propaganda agency for global warming.
And speeding up the meeting of extraterrestrial life is probably a really bad idea. Kind of like the Mohicans setting off in canoes to try to find Europeans.
