Not even sure really. Couchon looked good, but while I was planning the night out two people mentioned wanting a steak, so I went the steakhouse route. I did find another steak house I wanted to try but didn't know anybody that went there so I just went with Ruth's b/c its almost a guarantee that you'll get a legit arse steak.
I'll probably try Couchon next weekend. I think the steakhouse I was originally going to go with was Desi Vega's.

I'll also throw in Bacchanal wine bar as an awesome date spot. Live music in the courtyard, you buy your bottle(s) of wine and get a bucket of ice and just eat, drink and listen to music. Its a great time everytime I go and the womenz love it.

The atmosphere is really cool, the live music they have every night, and the way the courtyard is done up, the chicks totally dig it. Its kind of shitty this time of year since its so hot but a lot of chicks own it and use the ice from the buckets to cool off. The food is also pretty good as well. You aren't going to have a 4 course meal but you get something light but enough to hold you over for the night.
