I remember seeing a dude wig out like that, he was mostly drunk though. Stripped to his underwear and tried to do a shooting star press onto a game of beer pong in progress. How he didn't break his neck I will never know.

The transmission lines have very small insulation. They radiate quite a bit as anything with a large amount of energy running through it would.

that line can get up to 212F today its probably running in the 110-120F range

I think he just jumped because Fox 8 quickly terminated the live feed when he started moving erratically
