One...did you have a lawyer? Two...was this his first offense? if so I am very surprised he got actual jail time. Most places it costs the county between 125 and 200 a day to hold a prisoner. So the county where you live just spent over 11K to imprison somebody with 14 grams of pot?

Thats a waste of tax dollars. There are people with multiple DWIs still driving around, but 1/2oz of weed gets you 90 days in the pen? Thats jacked up.
