Posture correcting devices may help a little but as soon as you take them off you go right back to where you were. You need to develop the musculature to support yourself. If your muscles have adjusted to slumped posture you can force yourself to stand up straight but you’ll just end up in pain. Pilates with a good instructor would fix this, also yoga potentially.

The old folks always used to say “Anytime you have troubles just remember that there’s always someone who has it worse than you”.

This year LSU fans say: “Thank god for PSU!”
