I dated a Colombian girl for a while, her mom got married at 14 and her grandmother about the same age, still not uncommon there, or in most South American countries, nor is casual dating among couples with big age differences, the women down there are less superficial about material things, physical looks, age, etc., if a guy is funny, confident, has a decent job, etc., they place more value on those type of things when considering dating, a relationship, etc.

Obviously most of the blowback here is driven by middle aged cat ladies who’s looks have left them behind thus making them unable to compete against the nubiles and middle aged dads who are under the delusion that they’ve raised a bunch of chaste princesses.
