I was also a fan of the flight attendant qualifications display. My wife passed all the criteria except being single

there was a time when there were some qualifications required, in the beginning they had to be nurses, SW used to have a policy that when you turned 26 or got married you had to quit or find another job in the company some of the foreign carriers still have similar policies
