how close to the school was his house? If he thought that the naked man was making a viable threat to the school I'd think it would be an exception given recent events over the last decade

My daughter goes to Pius so they had to lockdown. It is not a bad area at all. They are building the new church so there are out of town workers out there. Would'nt be suprised if we find out it was one of them.

This alone doesn't necessarily give you the right to shoot, but I'm sure there are details being left out. Did he raise a weapon at the homeowner? Charge at him with a knife?
