Now, if he says she is requiring ventilatory support, then I would say she is quite sick.

I heard at least at one point she was intubated

Keeping her in my prayers she and I have mutual friends so I've seen Facebook posts. She has a lot of people out there rooting for her!

Please try to post as much info as possible without exposing privacy.

I will attempt to have my mothers ID read this forum.

While at the hospital, don't let others (family and friends) frustrate you. For the most past, they are only trying to help. Your interpretation of their efforts can become your own worst enemy. Get rest when you can. She will need you soon.

Fight on.

Convince your girlfriend's family to send her to Tulane.

Tulane also saved my dads life 30 years ago. Biloxi hospital (the worst) diagnosed him with some weird infection. His friend, a New Orleans big shot, made a few calls to Tulane, they rushed him there and took out his kidney the next day to save his life. Turns out He had a massive tumor on it. Dr. Thomas is our hero!

Bunkie general hospital is the worst. I got X-rays done there and they said nothing was wrong. I went to Alexandria still in pain and they told me I had a broken leg.
