How much were you eating before and what was your starting weight, that is crazy!

good job brother.

My only recommendation is, now that you can move, get active in the gym. I mean so active that it becomes an obsession.

If you go 5-6 days a week relentlessly for 1 year, I guarantee you will never falter again.

It will becomes something you love, something that defines you, and will allow you to go back to a much less restrictive diet, one you can maintain for the rest of your life.

Do you work out too? Time to start working out if not. Really kick that transformation into high gear.

That's awesome, congratulations. It's a hell of a journey getting there, but as much as I hate to say it the weight loss is the easy part of the journey. Maintaining is where the fun begins. Stay diligent with everything you do going forward to help make sure you never have to lose that weight again! Good luck.

FYI to everyone out there, Pennington has a lot of studies that you can lost weight on even if you aren't a state worker.

To MJ, thanks for being an awesome patient! Thanks for the great data!

Congrats on the weight loss!

I've never heard of diabetes being cured by weight loss. I didn't even know that was possible.

Edit. I've put on about 15 lbs this year and can barely find the time to get to the gym. You've inspired me to make more time for that this week!

It sneaks up on you more than you realize after 30z Eat catfish for lunch here and there, skip the gym when you are busy, and before you know it you are carrying around extra weight.
