He's a smart dog and he lets me know when he's ready to eat. He will stand by the back door and then go stand by his bowl outside. That lets me know he's ready to eat. He just does it about twice a day. Sometimes it's at 6, sometimes 9. Just whenever he feels like it

Our Lab would eat morning and night. He would dump 10 mins after eating. I started feeding him only in the morning and he would just not eat it until 9 at night. Now he eats at 9-10:30, goes to sleep and dumps in the morning, sort of like me. Good luck!
