Instead of hiring 700 contact tracers to collect pointless data full of inaccuracies while wasting tax dollars, why doesn’t the government partner up with grocery stores, pharmacies, etc to develop an assisted delivery program so highly at risk individuals can stay at home while getting the items they need. And then everything else opens up, business as usual.

What says the OT?

Two different problems.

Contact tracing primary objective isn't simply protecting high-risk groups.

Not a horrible idea though

You Really expect the LA State Government and Governor to come up with useful ideas to solve problems?

Many folks are doing this on their own through family and friends.

My wife takes everything to her 90 year old mother's house now so she doesn't get out. And she could, and wants to get out.

Most at risk folks are being taken care of here and the government isn't doing it,we do it ourselves.

Encourage citizens to take care of themselves.

Why do folks want the government to tell them how to protect themselves? Why do you want them to oversee something that is as simple as common sense?

We need a leader in this country to give the populace a reason to step up and take command of this crap.

We,as citizens, need to step up and do what we need to do to show we are responsible enough to handle our own business.

But I'm fortunate to live in a low risk area, those in high populations and popular tourist places are screwed.

Best of luck to all.
