Daschunds can digest bone? I thought you weren't supposed to feed a dog bones that can be broken into small, sharp objects--such as chicken or turkey bones.

Keep a close eye on him to ensure he doesn't develop any complications. My wife's family has several wiener dogs, be careful with their back as they are known to suffer injuries when jumping up and down or on and off furniture.

My future breed of dog:

He's 32#'s, all bullshite aside. We bought him as a miniature dachshund as a puppy. Turns out, he was the pick of the litter as a standard size one, but ALSO has some Rottweiler or some shite in him. I got fricked on that deal, but he's one of a kind. I tell the wife that if she ever leaves me, he's going with me.

Best deer/blood tracking dogs on the planet. My buddies dog will blow your mind with her tracking abilities.

Not to mention she's hell on mice in the camp. Sniffs them out and eats them whole.

I witnessed one slip up on a blackbird and crunch him dead.

We had one that killed a couple of squirrels. The crunch of the squirrel bones was impressive.

He also eviscerated a rat that made a dash from the woodpile. I turned my back for a minute, and when I turned around there was a dead rat with his guts strung out. Happened in a flash.
