Here's a non snarky answer: Go to the dentist. We were in the same boat for awhile and nobody likes to make a fuss for no reason, but when we went to the dentist she ended up pulling some baby teeth. It's no big deal and the right thing to do.

Don't know if you are being a smart arse. Really don't care. But I do have a DDS designation behind my name and 14 years of private practice experience. So reading some of these responses are both madening and hilarious at the same time.
