Here's a non snarky answer: Go to the dentist. We were in the same boat for awhile and nobody likes to make a fuss for no reason, but when we went to the dentist she ended up pulling some baby teeth. It's no big deal and the right thing to do.

Shouldn't a 5 year old be seeing a dentist on a regular basis anyway ?
