Exactly this. It's all about the strength of your immune system. If your shite is weak, get the shot. A lot of folks in here hang everything on the flu shot. It's not all that effective most years, but if your immune system is weak (young, old, medical conditions, shits always been weak, etc.) get whatever help you can get.
I don't take it, got the flu 3 years ago and was only down for 2.5 days from first symptoms to perfectly fine. Never felt that bad throughout, chills and sweats were the worst of it. Everyone is different though, and those of you who really need to take the shot...you know who you are, take it.

The university of ohio state, among other studies, showed that the flu shot resulted in weakened immune system in subsequent years.

Link to article about the study if interested.

Quack website, no wonder you are a dimwit.

The study proves yet again that the official narrative of the flu shot industry — and its complicit corporate-run media — is false and deliberately deceptive. Far from offering bulletproof protection, flu shots actually make people more vulnerable to influenza infections, which of course contributes to more people catching the flu and then falsely thinking they need more flu shots for “more protection.”

No link to the actual study, just some batshit from a website pimping homeopathic quackery to uneducated loons like you.

You have a less compromised immune system since you have avoided the flu shots. You will likely recover much quicker do to that.

Due not do

If you are gonna spout off idiotic notions about the flu shot not backed up by legit medical science...at least use proper spelling

You left off that these 14 children also had Cystic Fibrosis.

Also, sweet sample size.

The university of ohio state

Does not exist. Neither does this "study" without a citation or link. Natural News is categorized as a "fake news blog" so I don't think I'll be taking their word for it.

First off this is a retrospective study of gravid females and it’s affects on newborns, second the capture group is 141 patients, hardly enough to make a scientific statement, a very general hypothesis, maybe, at most a maybe.
The only groups throwing this study around are anti-vaxers and the naturopathic community.
If you ever watch a 12 year old die in front of his parents due to Resp failure secondary to a cytokine response, you’ll see why the flu shot matters.
