You're right they do it was a pretty big concern among the people we were working with they'd had children kidnapped and raped to death it was horrific

Yep that's him. I was on Lane avenue across the street from campus when it happened. It was crazy for a minute with everyone thinking a shooter was walking around. Cops got him with the quickness
