Before I decide they get the guillotine, I want to hear their side. I had a very good friend of mine get popped with the same shite. He had a 2 year old daughter at the time of his arrest and none of the porn involved his daughter. I've known that guy for 20 years and while he had some issues, none were about child porn but yeat he was busted for it. He didnt spend a day in jail but he is a sex offender for life because of downloading bullshite.

One thing that's always confused me, does possession of child pornography mean that they are accessing images, or are these people actually saving them on a laptop or phone?

I'll never understand why we don't castrate these type of offenders??? Seriously. Why not?? Castrate them and the chances of them re-offending would drop considerably.
